OKO is a boutique bagel shop established in 2017 in one of Canada’s most liveable cities – Oakville, Ontario. We craft our bagels using the Montreal-Style process. Our menu consists of our bagels, along with homemade condiments like flavoured cream-cheeses, jams, as well as artisanal sandwiches and various sweets. Our bagels are made of the highest quality natural ingredients and baked fresh daily on-site in a wood burning oven. Our menu also features tea and coffee-based beverages, making it an ideal destination for those living or working in the surrounding area. We also cater and offer wholesale production options for several client partners.

Our bagels are made only with the best and yet simple ingredients. We don’t use any preservatives or additives. We use fresh eggs, fresh yeast and better yet, our bagels are sodium free as we don’t add salt to our delicious recipe.
We want to bring back the ancient baking methods combined with simple ingredients.
